We offer 4 residential packages, basic, spring, and move in/out. · Basic Dusting, fans, inner windows sills, sweeping, moping, vacuuming,disinfecting kitchen surfaces, outer fridge, outer oven, outer cabinets, disinfecting bathroom surfaces, toilet cleaning, basic pickup · Spring Above and, walls, baseboards, inside all cabinets, inside fridge, tub scrubbing, inside oven scrubbing, tile/grout scrubbing · Moving in Helping you get organized in your new home, pre-wipedown of cabinets, rinse, dry, and put away dishes, laundry · Moving out Helping pack up belonging carefully (china and dishes) while labeling thoroughly. Will dispose of excess items upon restrictions. Will do a complete spring clean for a discount price after moved out. Need something else? Just ask! Danielle and Stacey arrived early (but the owners had texted me in advance) and did a walk-through for the first-time cleaning. They asked what I wanted and did just that in under two hours. Our house has 2200 sq ft, including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, family room & dining room. They also swept the front and back porches. They were respectful and efficient. The products they used didn't bother me like products used by my last cleaning service. They gave me the flat rate for future cleanings that is considerably less than several other cleaning services and more reasonable compared to what I have paid in the past here and in Indiana. Even the initial rate was much less, and I was able to use the 10$ coupon for Angie's List members. I'm happy with the results and would recommend them to others.

First, I scheduled two weeks on advance they were supposed to be here on Monday. When I called she said she had sent me a text the day before and I told her I didn’t need her. I did not receive a text. So I rescheduled for Wednesday, the day I was having a party. The company charges by the hour and I was assured there would be at least 2 if not 3 people cleaning. I had 3 ladies here for about 1 1/2 hours and then they left one woman by herself. After 7 hours of being at my home they had not cleaned the outside tops panes on my windows. I also had to ask them to re-vacuum and mop my den. I asked them to please come back and finish the top panes. When they came back they still didn’t do the panes correctly. I only paid for half of the cleaning because I now have to hire someone else to clean my windows.

Reached out to Christina on 3/17/18 to see if she had an opening for a one time spring cleaning service to be done on the morning of 3/23/18. She informed me that she did, and that the price would be $60.00 an hour, and that she would have 2 people on the job. She told us that she could/ have a team come at 8:30 that morning, we agreed to this. On the Friday morning of 3/23/18 no one shows up! No call, nor text message! Nothing from her! I try to reach out myself by calling her, and leaving her a text message and of course no response. My wife does the same thing. These actions are beyond unprofessional! I put all my eggs in this one basket with company coming into town, depending on this one company to come do their job and they just flat out leave me stiff me without any kind of explanation. This company does not deserve to do business on Angie's List and believe me I'm going to post a formal complaint if there is a way to do so!!

"I did respond later in the day explaining that I had to fire someone for not entering things in the schedule after taking calls. I just went over my schedule and it appears she may have hacked into my scheduling app and deleted other appts also. I really am sorry I could not come, I have to figure out all the damage she has done, but I will offer you a free 2 hr clean for this inconvenience"
