Besides installing ceiling fans, moving and installing outlets and switches, and installing overhead lighting, he went out of his way to fix a problem we were having with the cord behind the stove preventing the stove from being pushed all the way back. Another contractor we worked with said it wasn't their problem, but Richard came back and was able to rearrange how it plugged in so we could push it flush against the wall and also push the storage draw at the bottom all the way in.
