I had four electrical outlets that were not working. I scheduled an appointment with Tony from Trident Electric. He called me about an hour before my appointment to see if I was available so he could come early. I was, so he came right over. He immediately got to work troubleshooting my electrical problem. It was a complicated problem, because there was a disconnected or broken wire somewhere in the wall. However, he was able to fix the problem, and all of my electrical outlets are now working. Tony cleaned up after himself, and he is very courteous and knowledgeable. And this was all done for a very reasonable price! I will definitely call Trident Electric again for any electrical problems.

I have used a company called Trident Electric after my experience with them in July last year and they were great. It went superb. They are on time. They are great. They are polite. They know what they are doing. They work to code. I would recommend them to others, I would say, 'just hire them'. Overall I would like to grade them 3 A pluses if I could. The quality is certainly an 'A'. The responsiveness is certainly an 'A'. The punctuality is always an 'A'. The professionalism is always an 'A'.

He was punctual, very nice and efficient. He had everything he needed and put together the fans quickly. After he installed both them and the remotes, he thoroughly explained how they worked, i.e. how to use the dimmer for the lights, etc. Very happy with the job he did.

Tony is a true professional who knows how to get the job done. He is always prompt and courteous and does a superb job from start until the last particle of dust or dirt from the job is swept away. There is no aspect of the job that he doesn't know. If you use Tony for your job, you won't be disappointed.
