"I interviewed a few contractors to completely remodel my kitchen before choosing Millspaugh Maintenance Engineering because of the previous internet reviews and their CCB records. Their estimates were inline with the others, but the pictures of the cabinets were better. My galley kitchen had soffits to be removed to expand the cabinets to the ceiling. This was complicated because of wires and pipes. Millspaugh has grouped up with very good plumbers, electricians, and a superb cabinet maker. My wife wanted fancier cabinet doors than normal, and they found the perfect style. IMPORTANT note for any contractor: we had very good communications with Millspaugh and the sub-contractors and they kept to the schedule. The prices were similar to what was quoted. I will be using them next year for remodeling the bathrooms and other projects."

They replaced the rotting floor next to the shower, preserved the existing vinyl floor and trim, and caulked the shower door to prevent further damage; replaced rotten exterior window trim and patio post trim; replaced rotten siding, framing and insulation on an exterior wall; repaired indoor window trim; painted several bedrooms (walls, ceiling, and accent walls); removed built-in cabinet and installed new base trim; replaced missing caulking in flooring, etc. These guys can do it all. They were always on time, friendly, and did great work. Their attention to detail is second to none, and all projects were completed by his estimated time frame. I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my houses for days and I enjoyed their conversations when I was home. They never got paint on our wood trim, and they clean up after themselves. Brians my new go-to guy for all major projects around the house now."
