Absolutely gorgeous and so much more sturdy than our previous system that had fallen apart. "Russ did an excellent job! He only came to provide an estimate and see what additional parts might be needed, but he luckily had everything with him and was able to do the pet door installation immediately; I already had the pet door. Also, the pet door is installed in an exterior wall of the house, not a door. So, he had to add wood at the top and bottom of the box, and had to trim some of one of the studs, which is luckily not major load bearing and seems to be there just to attach the exterior trim."

The staff were very patient and helpful as we had to pivot a few times on how the front door install could be accomplished amid challenging limitations in the framing.
