Marian and his helper were both very nice and courteous throughout the project and both wore masks out of respect for Covid concerns. Luxury Hardwood Floors performed magnificently, they did what they said they were going to do, they showed up on time every day and finished on schedule. In short, Luxury Hardwood Floors is very reliable and does high quality work at an affordable price.

Very responsive. Good communicator. Above all, a serious professional craftsman. Put in days of hard preparation work (no short-cuts) to make sure the final installation would be perfect -and it is!

Excellent customer service, prompt and responsive. Marian returned a few days after project completion to repair a long mark on the floor that we caused when moving furniture, at no additional cost. I highly recommend his work.

We needed our kitchen floor refinished and fake hardwood and carpet replaced with hardwood. Marian refinished kitchen and installed new hardwood so there was no difference in appearance between old and new. It looks lovely. Marian was very attentive and wanted to be sure we were satisfied.

My wooden floors were problematic, with a chemical reaction from clear coat application. They kept treating the problematic area until the problem area until it was perfect and the whole living room and hallway were prefect.

Marion and his team sanded and refinished our oak floor with such craftmanship and care. They replaced damaged boards and made recommendations to make the floor more durable over time. We liked that it was Marion we worked with from start to finish.Highly recommend.

Marian took a completely botched job by another contractor, and worked miracles, despite the fact that he warned us that so much damage had been done, he wasn’t sure he could fix it 100%. Despite this, our beautiful floors, so horribly ruined by another poor “craftsman,” were returned to their original splendor and look better than they ever have. Not only did he do an excellent job for a fair price, but he did it in such a timely manner as to recoup some of the time lost on our project because of the botched floors to begin with. Marian is friendly, professional, honest and a true craftsman. Listen to his advice: he knows what he’s talking about.

I love my floors. Marian showed up when he said he would, stayed in close communication throughout the project and even finished early. He is also a super fun person to work with, he’s lovely. Funny, respectful and talented. I would highly recomend him to others.

Marion did an excellent job refinishing my hardwood floor, even getting out some bad stains from tenants. And he got it done faster than expected and with very little dust, using his fancy sanders. Highly recommended.

5+ on all ratings and you will not regret working with these guys. I got a lot of estimates and these guys were great with price and detail!
