They are very nice and very reasonable. I have had issues with the service but they have come back and fixed it. I have recommended them. They did a good job on the hot water heater. They got the hot water heater and knew what they were talking about as far as recommendations. They put it in just fine this time. The water was quite warm and we called them about that. They resolved that right away.
They have failed to respond to my request for a refund.
This was a very basic job - it couldn't have been simpler, so I would not trust him to do anything.
Forrest was on time, great to work with, the plumbing happened on a day I was at work and my wife was home. When there was a question Forrest called me instead of asking my wife to deal with the issue. She thought that was awesome. My wife hates construction in our home but was very pleased with how clean the entire space stayed during the project. When all was said and done, everything was perfect. Couldn't tell they had been here (except for the shiny new water heater).
I had a question about our main line into the house so I called living water and the owner Scott made it out the next morning to take a look. Very responsive!
"Thank you for you kind feedback. We are in the process of hiring more people, and better communication. We are a small business in the process of growth. The plumber that had hurt his back is no longer working for us. He has moved on to a job that better suits him. I am truly sorry that this happened while we were away. We can only hope that we made up for it with Scott's time on the job-getting it done right."
"The member had a signed contract authorizing the work to be done. When the bill was 30 days past due, only then did he complain about the service and refused to pay. Legal action was made, and he was made to pay the full amount stated in the contract. All work was done by his direction and authorization. All work was passed by the Portland plumbing inspector on the first visit. The Member did save money by digging his own trench for the water service, as opposed to paying us to dig it ourselves. We feel that we handled this job with integrity and professionalism. This has been our only complaint against our company and feel that we were falsely accused. Furthermore, Angie's list failed to contact us and investigate the truth in this matter. Supporting documents are available upon request."
