R & D Perez Construction did a fantastic job on my roof! They fixed my chimney, removed another, and were professional, honest, and always on time. Communication was great, and I felt at ease the whole time. The work was done quickly, and it looks amazing. Highly recommend!

R & D Construction did a wonderful job for my client. They provided an honest and competitive estimate for the full scope of items found on the inspection report provided to my clients. They were able to fix all items, with the exception of electrical items, that would require a licensed electrician. R & D is licensed, bonded, and insured. They were prompt with their estimate and prompt to get the items repaired. I would highly recommend them.

We’re so happy with Rafael from R&D Perez Construction LLC for the much-needed repairs on our home. Rafael and his team are amazing at what they do! They were super flexible with our schedule and budget. They replaced the old insulation in our crawlspace, did some shim work on the posts, added missing vapor barriers, sealed exposed nails to prevent water damage, and even cleaned out the roof and gutters. They also fixed our old chimney, which was in rough shape, in just two days. We couldn’t be happier because it looks like new. They were thorough and takes their time to make sure everything is done right, no matter how big or small the ask is. We highly recommend him and his team. Great job all around!!!
