Oliver's Construction & Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job on my home and fence. First they gave me a beautiful fence that, I'm sure be there long after I'm gone! They put wheels on the two large doors so that it will be so much easier to open. And I didn't even ask for that. Oliver is always doing things that make things so much nicer and more beautiful. He pointed out several things that I knew were damaged but had no idea that he would be able to fix. Like five rows of paneling on the side of the house that were damaged, like two boards that were rotten, and like the area between panels that were getting water in and under them. He fixed all of it and it looks so good now. It's like I have a brand new home. I was so surprised that he could do all of that for the price he quoted me. It amazes me that there are people still around that want to do such a great job just because it is the right thing to do. Oliver is one of those people. I am so lucky that I was able to connect with him. I will hire him anytime I have a project to do. I know it will be done right and I will be very, very happy

I am a part-owner in a family property on the river, nine miles in from the coast. Our family's old folks live on the property, and I live hundreds of miles away. As the roof on the house was falling apart and we were facing another coastal Oregon winter, it was clear that we needed trustworthy, timely and affordable help making sure that the house and the folks in it would be protected from the storms. Working with Oliver has been exactly the right choice. He and his crew did a spectacular job with our full roof replacement- everything looks incredibly sharp and more weather-ready than it has at any time in the 30 years our family has owned the place. While they were on site, they treated our folks with respect and care, did the work quickly and with as little disruption as you could hope for, and cleaned up after the work with care and attention. But not only that- communication with Oliver has been quick, responsive and complete and the work happened sooner and faster than we had even hoped for. I'm thrilled to have made the connection with Oliver and his crew, and will be working with them on all of our maintenance and improvement plans going forward. It's rare and valuable to have a good, trustworthy general contractor I can call when we need help, especially when we live far away and our elders need support.

It went very well finished within schedule and did high quality work

I was very pleased with the workmanship and the dedication of his employees to R. It concerns every once in a while. We were able to have the fencing done in 3 days that included all tear out and removal an installation of the new fencing. They're clean up after the job and hauling away all the old material and even some plant life that was cut. Was very good. I highly recommend you give them a call whenever you have a project to do. Because he takes the job very seriously and its employees a very polite and conscientious of the work they do.

Oliver and his crew were consummate professionals. They showed up when scheduled and quickly and efficiently tore off the old roof and replaced it with high quality materials. This was a high roof with some challenging angles but they worked consistently to finish in 3 days. The clean up was very good as well. During this job they also power washed 2 high balconies, removing heavy planking to clean the drain holes. They purchased new tarps to avoid damaging the flooring in the bedroom. I highly recommend them for professional, fairly priced roofing, construction and handyman services.

We hired Oliver and his crew for remodeling and fixing a bunch of things in our house in order to prepare to sell it. They painted, put up trim, replaced light fixtures, repaired drywall, and fixed a door. They showed up on time every morning, worked hard, were very careful in their prep and cleanup, and were responsive and kind when I pointed out something specific. Fair price as well. I would absolutely hire them again.

Oliver and the crew did an outstanding job replacing original window sills on my 1910 house. I was surprised that it could even be done. They power washed, primed and painted my whole house and garage. They were all very courteous and respectful of me and my property.
