Their quote was done in a timely manner and was the most competitive. They tore off at least 4 layers of old roofing and installed a new one in less than a week. Orezona showed up on time, cleaned up each day, had courteous workers, and stayed within their estimate! I couldn't be more pleased with this company."

"My experience with Fulltime Contractor (Jason Olinger) was VERY disappointing. The project, contracted for an eight-week timeline, remained largely unfinished more than 2 years later. Jason repeatedly assured me that work was progressing and that issues would be resolved, but many of these promises were never fulfilled. There was almost no meaningful oversight, and serious problems were routinely blamed on his crew (Jason wouldn't take responsibility). Workmanship fell well below professional standards: siding installed out of level, missing flashing, improperly installed house wrap, and damaged materials used. The jobsite was unsafe, with debris and nails left around the property, causing damage and multiple punctured tires. The price was fair. The problem was his unwillingness to correct mistakes if it reduced his profit. He requested progress payments while work remained incomplete. I strongly urge others to go with a different contractor, one who actually cares about your home."

They were efficient in their timeline without feeling overly pushy about making a sale or anything and they have offered us a very solid warranty, especially important given the problem we needed to help with is one we first thought we mitigated last year.
