"The original install was in 2019. We bought the house in 2022. After multiple leaks and almost a dozen "professionals" out to inspect, no one could figure out why my ceiling was leaking. So, we decided to try to find who did the original roof and call them on a warranty. After the roof was installed, the owner did a bunch of additions which ended up creating a lift in the flashing and shingles the gutters were just dumping water into the crease. Within 5 minutes of inspection, Cody figured it out right away. Not only did he fix it the very next day, but he stood by his business and didn't even charge us for the repair, and is coming back to do a moss treatment next week! This man has integrity and I will most definitely hire him again!"

"Gus, owns this company. He was a subcontractor for DeBella who was contracted to do our root. When we had problems we played tag with DeBella for two years. I finally contacted the subcontractor and let him know I would be filing suit for repairs. He was completely unaware of the damage repair requests. He was able to work and secure the proprietary roofing of DeBella from another company to get the repair made. Even while deathly ill he managed to guide his workers to make the necessary repairs in a vary timely manner. I would recommend him hands down. Very personable. DeBella did not make any attempt to stand behind their guarantee and warrantee< Sadly. I do not recommend them."

Their bids were significantly lower than all others and they worked with us on our timeline. They were respectful of our budget and didn’t push us to do more than was necessary. We upgraded the vents in our roof for a very reasonable price. The neighbors stopped by frequently to comment on how wonderful it looks! I’m now hiring them for some inside work. My ceilings would not support conventional tiles, and I refused to put an unrated and unrecommended flammable roof on my house. After months of research, I found a 50 yr. guaranteed lighter weight tile from a highly regarded Canadian company. None of the roofers I contacted were interested in working with an unfamiliar material. Lorin, on the other hand, was enthused about the opportunity to try something new. It required an online training session and a fairly complicated process of ordering and receiving materials from another country another currency. Through the whole process, Lorin was upbeat and positive. And, I can't say enough about his crew who worked really hard in the most miserable of weather conditions. Thanks to Tru North I now have a Class A rated tile roof made of a composite material that looks like cedar shakes."
