"All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! Had a roofer out who assessed from topside and told me it looked good up there. I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out. All Fuel had me send photos and advised me that the pipe was fine and that I just needed to pull the end of the pipe upward to reconnect! Free of charge! They are reputable and honest and empathetic. I will use them for ANY AND ALL NEEDS! You can trust them. Thank you All Fuel!! Customer service 10 Star"

We do everything from total rebuilds to minor repairs and sweeps. Anything brick or stone we can help design a project with our free estimates. We also do gas inserts and wood stove installation. You never have to worry if the person that is entering your home and servicing your vent system or repairing your fireplace is trained and certified, because we guarantee it! Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. I would hire again."

If I can't fix it, I don't charge. When I service a direct vent gas fireplace, 80-90% of my service does not require parts replacement, just a bit of expertise in cleaning and adjusting and knowing when to replace a part and when not to. I also install wood stoves and inserts, install and service freestanding gas stoves, inserts and built-in fireplace, install and service firepits and BBQs. I can extend and install gas lines indoors or out and underground. Cold, windy, rainy days still ahead, if you enjoy a warm cozy and romantic evening with your spouse in front of the fire, but it's not working or looking so good.... call me! I will come out and inspect, clean and adjust it so it's warm and cozy I have been in the industry for over 20 years and now own and operate my own fireplace business.
