Had an appointment. Bridgetown called to say they were running late. Never showed up. Cut my day short to accommodate this appointment and ended up just waiting. What a waste!

It went fine. The chimney had become encrusted with moss and there were cracks in the cement on the crown. Also the flashing was rusting. Ryan ground off the old crown cement, applied new cement, pressure washed the chimney, installed new counter flashing and water seal. Now the chimney looks like new.

Our chimney is about 60 years old and was in need of significant repair. Bridgetown gave us a very clear estimate of what needed to be done, with a couple options. We ended up having the upper portion of the chimney taken down and rebuilt, plus some maintenance on the lower portion of the chimney. The crew arrived on time and did the work in a very timely and professional manner. We were especially impressed with how all members of the crew seemed to genuinely want to do a good job and ensure that we were happy with the work. They made sure we knew what was going on and that all our questions were answered. They did a few extra things along the way without any extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone.

The estimator came out and said he would provide an estimate that night. I requested a bid 20 days ago. After multiple follow-ups with the the estimator directly and the company, I still haven't heard back.

Our chimney needed to be removed because it wasn't stable. He came out and gave a bid for removal. We had another company come out and give a bid but their bid was only the removal and this other company would just put a tarp up over the removal and I'd have to get carpenters to fill in the gap. This bid included replacing the roof and siding so I only had to deal with one company. He communicated well about the project and let us know he'd be back to finish the job and that it would be done by a certain date and it was and it matched the estimate he gave us.

Bridgetown was prompt in coming out for the estimate, and when I agreed to have them do the work, they were out within a week to do the work. They were conscientious about cleaning up after themselves (grinding mortar creates a huge dusty mess). And, when it was discovered that the mortar in one section of the wall was solid and didn't need to be replaced, they told me that, and lowered the price by $500. They did such a good job that several of my neighbors in the condo assoc. asked them to do repair work too.

just bought a new home- called David out for an inspection & found out the chimney was leaking badly and over time had actually destroyed it's foundation. rebuilt from the ground up and happy it's out of the way now. looks awesome as well as water tight. will use again for annual maintenance as recommended by them.

I called David on the recommendation of my contractor. David came by within a couple of days and promptly gave me a bid which was lower than the previous bid I had received from another chimney company. I did some research and checked out all their reviews and everything seemed very positive, so I decided to hire him and his company. After a few delays from my end, I finally told him they could begin and sure enough they started right away and were at my front door 8:30am sharp. His crew were really lovely and were on the job both days so I was familiar with them. They were quick, they were efficient and surprisingly they weren't that noisy considering they had to bring down the entire chimney from the roof all the way down to the attic floor. They also made sure to protect the stairway and cement walkway outside my home which had been newly poured. And they were able to make the chimney half the size because the furnace was no longer being vented out of the chimney which made for a smaller foot print. A few days later they promptly came back to reseal the chimney as well as open up the fire vent and remove all the loose debris that had fallen down. I also asked if they could cut the height of the ceramic flu down a little bit on the roof because I thought it would visually look nicer which they happily did it. There is no question that from now on I will be using Bridgetown Chimney for any and all future chimney work both on my home and my other rental properties.
