After not servicing my gas fireplace for 7 years, I thought it would be a good idea to get that done. Matthew, who is the owner of the Sunstone, not only talked me through the process of what needed to be done, he emailed me a very detailed explanation of the service I needed. When he arrived he got to work straight away and was very professional. He didn’t mind me peaking over his shoulder to see what he was doing, and explained the steps he was taking to ensure it was being done correctly. Honestly, this was one of the best home repair/services I’ve experienced in a long time. If you’re looking for someone professional, knows what they are talking about, and are fair - look no further. 5 star without a doubt.
