"Tree Masters proprietor Tom came out and went over each tree branch by branch, writing down exactly which ones needed to be removed. He pointed out where branches were too close to the chimney or power lines. He then gave us an immediate estimate, but he did not discuss getting the necessary permit at that time, which would have been helpful. When we asked, he gave us the city arborist's name and number, however it turned out you have to call the office and go through the secretary. Anyway, given the Tree Masters name, the arborist gave us a permit within a day or two. Tom showed up with a crew promptly on the scheduled day and assigned the work, then left. The crew was fast and efficient, although we did have to point out one branch that was initially overlooked. The crew cleaned up everything and asked us to review the work before they left. We are now getting sunshine onto our lawn and parking strip, and hope to have a somewhat easier time shifting leaves this fall. Tree Masters gave us the lowest estimate and we feel we got very good value for our money."

They were able to cut and chip the tree without damage to the surround protected wetland area, and more importantly, without any limbs dropping on our neighbor’s property. They also removed a large pine tree that had grown into and over our back driveway. They fell the tree perfectly into the driveway and left no evidence that the tree had come down. Their work was so good that 2 neighbors got bids before they left the street. Great work ethic, very skilled, super friendly, and competitively priced."

"I called for an estimate and Douglas came out the same day to discuss the job.  He then scheduled the work for the next day.  He was very easy to talk to, and asked appropriate questions about the scope of work.  The crew showed up the next day, on time, and were all very pleasant and seemed to work exceptionally well together.  Everybody knew what to do and the all went about the work, despite sometimes driving rain that soaked them all.   They remained in good spirits ( i heard them laughing and joking) and worked steadily and productively the whole time they were here.  Everything I'd asked for was done, and the yard looked GREAT!
