When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. "The team did an excellent job cleaning the roof. It had been a few years so we were seeing moss sprouting up again -- and after the cleaning the moss was gone. I knew the gutters were in bad shape because I could see some weeds growing out of one section. After the cleaning the weeds were gone and there wasn't the leaking from the gutters that we had before. Only complaint was that something got left on our front windows (maybe just muddy water from the gutters). This was why we gave them a B for quality. Even so, I was pleased and we'll use them again in about 3 years from now.
