They showed me the accumulated debris that was coming out, and fixed a gap that allowed air to be drawn up from the basement around the return. They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Douglas even worked around my bee hives and problem solved with me on how to protect both the bees and the crew when they needed to use machines near the hives (cheesecloth and duct tape with a sheet over the hives). I've been fighting the blackberries for years and I thought it was a losing battle.
