I had just sold my house, and in the process of moving, the movers broke a pipe that had to be repaired behind a wall on the day we gave possession to the new owners. On day 2 they blew in new insulation, sealed an unused vent (which was causing a draft) and installed a new attic hatch (old one was broken, unsealed and not insulated causing a draft).
