"Daniel did a great job. He was on time, very thorough, went right to work after a few questions. He cleaned up when he was done, even vacuuming the fire place mantel. Asked whether I had any questions at the end of the job. If I need another TV wall mounted I will be calling Daniel again."

"This is my third time hiring Charles -- he has done 2 bathrooms for me over the years. This spring I had the entire ground floor redone--it was gutted down to the studs in places and redone into new spaces for a kitchen, dining room, living room, and family room. Charles has great vision -- he can see a space and visualize solutions. I had other bidders, who were stumped as to what to do with the space. Charles had no hesitation and designed a space that is absolutely stunning and exactly what I had in mind. He hires really high quality subs who have long term relationships with him. He insists on quality work and does not cut corners. The electrical, cabinetry, tile and wood floor work were done by specialists who are absolute craftsmen. This was a 4 month project that just wrapped up a few days ago. I highly recommend Charles -- he doesn't have a slick website but is authentic, and completes what he says he will, when he says he will, with quality. My new space is so lovely."

"It was a great experience from start to finish. They really listened to what we wanted and made it happen on time. We especially appreciated the help with the design. Everyone from Pacific NW Cabinetry was wonderful to work with and the subcontractors were great... Peter chooses the best! We will definitely call on them again in the future with our remodel projects."

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

Yes, they assess space and TV size to recommend appropriate mounting solutions.

Choosing the right size of wall anchors is essential for a secure installation. The size of the wall anchors should match the size of the screws you plan to use. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for the specific wall anchors you purchase. Typically, the packaging of the wall anchors will indicate the appropriate screw size and diameter for a proper fit.

Professionals can provide alternatives, like using stands or no-drill mounts where applicable.

Coax cable connects to your television, modem, or cable box. Look for a female coax connection on these devices. Your coax cable will connect to any of these. The other end of the wire runs to the service connection coming into the house.

In most cases, you should not put a TV on a fireplace mantel. The minimum width required to put a TV safely on a shelf or mantel is 10 inches, but pre-made mantels are usually too shallow, averaging at only seven inches deep. If you do choose to place a TV above a mantel, it should be mounted to the wall. However, do so cautiously as heat radiating from the fireplace could potentially cause damage to electronics.
