On our project, Charles right hand man was Justyn, who more that makes up for Charles’ lack of communication. Justyn was very personable and considerate. He never made us feel like a question was a bother and seemed to actually enjoy answering them. Justyn was worth his weight in gold. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Charles had to lean quite heavily on Justyn during our project, but he was more than up to the task. We had one light fixture that took almost 3 months to ship. When they came to install it, about 2 months after everything else was completed, we gave him a list of minor issues that caught our eyes during the wait and Charles arranged for them all to get fixed without batting an eyelash."
