"I had recently switched to fiber and wanted their higher speeds. That required a cat6 cable, which I had cat5 installed in the house. I put feelers out through Angi and J's Technical Service reached out. He said this should be an hour job, but wanted to come out to verify. Upon the site visit, he said it'd be 2 hours. At that point. I agreed to the work. He's a nice guy and everything works, but there were just few bumps along the way. - Texted at time of original appointment he was running 30min late. - Job was verbally suggested 1 hour, physically quoted 2 hours but ended up taking 3 hours, and it would have gone into 4 hours if we wanted to test it. He wasn't sure if he had cat6 Ethernet cables and we didn't want to pay another hour, so we went to get them days later after the install to then begin use it. - Quote/website doesn't give accepted payment options. I do recommend, but there's some opportunities to grow their small business."

"Almost 20 years ago in 2001 we hired Peter Schraner and Pacific Northwest Cabinetry. What was supposed to be a kitchen remodel with new cabinets turned into a gut of the entire house due to bad wiring. Peter took on the project, did an amazing job with his wonderful staff and subs. Everything was top notch and expertly done. The job has withstood the test of time, and our house still looks great hardly needing any updates or work done on it 20 years later. On the rare occasion that a cabinet door hinge snaps or something on that order breaks, Peter and his friendly staff respond quickly and within a week the cupboard or hinge is fixed. Peter and his team are incredibly trustworthy and reliable. Their work is always top notch. We love doing business with them. We know when we reach out to Peter for help that he will always reply and reply quickly getting the job done as soon as possible. My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is thinking of using them. They are the best."

Ken was very prompt and responded to our phone call . Came to house ,inspected and the gave us a great bid. His crew was out first and pressure-washed deck ,gazebo and all deck boards to see what or what need to be replaced before sanding and staining. After 3 days his crew was back out to patch, paint and do prep work. They were very efficient and most of his employees have been with  him for years and know exactly what Kens high standards and his expectations are. He is very particular about what needs to be done. They finished after 4 days with Ken helping. Also did our gazebo and even took down awnings and replaced. They used Cabot stain and back brushed. They also had given us our choice of stains, so we could research them. I have had houses painted and stained many times but never with the quality& workmanship that they did. I am very happy with results and will use him again.

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

If you don’t have studs in the area where you want to install your TV mount, you may still be able to install a TV mount on drywall. The easiest way to install a mount on drywall is by using drywall anchors—but not just any plastic anchors. Choose molly bolts or toggle anchors, which have a weight capacity of around 50 pounds. For added support, consider pairing drywall anchors with a wall mounting plate. Extra heavy TVs may need to be mounted via the ceiling joists or beams.

In most cases, you should not put a TV on a fireplace mantel. The minimum width required to put a TV safely on a shelf or mantel is 10 inches, but pre-made mantels are usually too shallow, averaging at only seven inches deep. If you do choose to place a TV above a mantel, it should be mounted to the wall. However, do so cautiously as heat radiating from the fireplace could potentially cause damage to electronics.

The cost to have a TV professionally mounted typically ranges from $160 to $360, with a national average of about $260. This price is for labor and does not include the TV mount itself. Several factors can affect the final cost, including the size of the TV and the type of mount used; for example, a fireplace mount costs more than an under-cabinet one. If you want to hide the wires within the wall, the price can increase significantly, potentially to $1,000 or more. For an accurate estimate, it is best to contact a local TV mounting service.

Yes, you can mount a TV on plaster walls—as long as you attach it to the studs. Alternatively, you can use toggle bolts, molly bolts, or another type of hardware that’s strong enough to support a TV.

If you aren’t comfortable with this type of project, you can hire a pro. The cost of mounting a TV to a plaster wall ranges from $25 to $600 (or more), depending on the TV’s weight, size, and other factors.

Finding a professional to mount your television to the wall is a little challenging because no licenses exist for this type of work. You could ask friends or neighbors for recommendations. Check out online reviews, too. Typically, though, almost any local handyman can do the work. A local electronics store or the place where you bought the TV may have a recommendation for you. A local framer or drywall installer might do the work for you as well. If you need an outlet installed for the new TV, an electrician may do both items for you.
