At that point. I agreed to the work. He's a nice guy and everything works, but there were just few bumps along the way. - Texted at time of original appointment he was running 30min late. - Job was verbally suggested 1 hour, physically quoted 2 hours but ended up taking 3 hours, and it would have gone into 4 hours if we wanted to test it. He wasn't sure if he had cat6 Ethernet cables and we didn't want to pay another hour, so we went to get them days later after the install to then begin use it. - Quote/website doesn't give accepted payment options. I do recommend, but there's some opportunities to grow their small business."
