Stoneside was great thanks

This is our second time using Stoneside Blinds & Shades. Our first experience was after Hurricane Harvey redoing all our downstairs blinds & shades. Ashley was our same design consultant this time also as we redid our upstairs blinds. Ashley has a great eye for color and her suggestions were right on. Easy to work with, prompt, timely & friendly. Anthony was our installer and it was the same with him. Prompt, courteous , and finished the install quickly. We will always use Stoneside - great product & great people.

Stoneside Blinds & Shades was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Michelle and Tom were both great, both super stars and I couldn't ask for better people to work with. Michelle helped me pick exactly what I wanted and was super helpful throughout the entire selection/purchase/install process. Tom is awesome, super friendly and installed the shades perfectly and very quickly too. I was impressed with his work. I couldn't ask for a better customer experience. I'm very happy with my new shades and can tell they will give me great pleasure in my new home in the coming years. They are great quality and really improve the appearance and functionality of my home. You guys rock! Thank you so much.

I found Stoneside Blinds and Shades online and read the reviews and decided to go with them. One of the best decisions ever! I worked with Michelle Hayes who was amazing! She showed me all kinds of samples and was very patient and friendly. She explained in detail how the process would work regarding selection, payment, time frame and installation and everything went exactly according to Michelle's assessment. Tom was my installer and he also did an amazing job with measurements and installation. I would definitely recommend Stoneside. They are professional, friendly and the quality of materials and customer service are outstanding.

I am completely satisfied with my experience from consultation to installation! Our bathroom shades offer a welcomed bit of privacy, while still allowing light to spill in. Lisa made the process easy, and Rusty was friendly and professional upon installation. Iâ m so happy with my experience that weâ re asking Stoneside to come out and install living room shades. Very Professional and knowledgeable

Our Portland crew, Amanda, the designer, and Jon, the installer were friendly, professional, on time, and very knowledgeable about the blinds we purchased! The Stoneside sales and installation teams both did a wonderful job! The customer service, guidance and installation quality were all above and beyond what I would have expected for our commercial job. I will certainly endorse their performance and would use them again in the future.

We recently had a new sliding glass door installed. Our current shades no longer fit the space so we found Stoneside online and set things in motion. Stephanie came to present the perfect option to cover the door AND clear the large handle on the slider. The guys came by for a final measurement and when the custom order arrived, Trent made the final installation a pleasure. Before he left the house, he made all final adjustments and gave us a short course on how to run our new remote-controlled roller shade! We love it!

We have had THE best experience with Stoneside--from Andrea C. the design consultant who took as much time as needed to look at our windows, discuss our options, and give suggestions as to what would be the best fit (and dang do our blinds look amazing!) to Sam who came to measure and install them--we could not be happier. Our house truly feels like our home now, thanks to these gorgeous, luxurious wood blinds and the amazing service we got from Stoneside. Highly, highly recommended!

Excellent service and good quality product

We worked with Tamara Brown (Designer/Consultant) and Rusty Hawthorne (Measurer/Installer) to cover one sliding glass door and 5 windows of varying sizes with black shades. One of these shades partially admitted light and the rest were black-out ones. Three of the treatments were motorized and operated with a programmable remote control. We are extremely happy with the appearance, workmanship, and performance of the shades. Working with the company at every level (Tamara, Rusty, and administrative staff) was a dream. I've never worked with any business that was so professional, organized, on top of things, polite, and which kept us abreast of every step of the process from start to finish. I trusted Tamara's aesthetic judgment and I was not disappointed (and I am hard to please in this arena). I would unquestionably use them again.

Stoneside has excellent customer service from the salesperson to the admin office letting us know when our shade could be installed and to the installer. Rusty was our installer, and he did an exceptional job installing the product and he was meticulous about removing any debris from the product. We would highly recommend Stoneside for your next window covering project.

Expectations met for what we wanted in the living room. Installer knowledgeable/proficient.

Tamara came out to the house to give us a quote on solar shades. She listened to what we wanted unlike the other companies that I contacted. Tamara was on time and professional. Communication was clear and concise. The shades were custom fabricated and installed exactly when promised! Simply amazing during these crazy times. Rusty who came out to do the measurements and also the installation was friendly and professional. When Rusty came to do the installation, I thought he had a question for me, but to my amazement he wanted to let me know he was done. We now have beautiful solar shades! From my initial call to set up an appointment for a quote, Stoneside has far surpassed my expectations. Best overall experience Iâ ve had with a company in a very long time! Thank you Stoneside!

Prompt, Professional and Timely

We are delighted with the new drapes and vertical blinds in our living room, as well as the blinds in our dining room and the blinds in my bedroom. Each room is transformed beyond our expectations. Tamara did a wonderful job showing us a variety of samples and providing us great ideas. In addition, Rusty did a great job measuring and then returning to do the install. Rusty was very efficient and ensured everything worked properly and provided us with great tips on caring for the products. The whole Stoneside team was very creative, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend Stoneside for all of your window treatment needs. They will exceed your expectations.
