The original over-oven microwave install was done poorly, causing a headache in fixing the errors, yet John did not cut any corners. He also checked in about every detail to be sure we were comfortable with what was happening. He listened to our concerns about how poorly the previous fan had been working and made an extra effort to be sure the vent opened very wide for maximum venting. We also asked when booking that the technician wear a mask and John arrived and wore an N95 the whole 4 hours with no fuss.
