"This crew was terrific! Lots of attention to detail, which I love. At every step, Hever checked with us of exact color, changes in procedure, days w/wo rain, extra stuff we wanted done. They did a beautiful job re-framing the rotted window frames, and the whole thing was very professionally executed. The got right on it, lots of hustle, and their pricing was good. Although I did not have conversation with most of the crew, Hever and his son were very pleasant, polite, and super easy to deal with. Later, if I have more painting to do, I would call them back in a New York minute. You won't go wrong with these guys!"

"Not very well. The final product was fine but the journey to get there was both frustrating and disappointing, and my ratings reflect those feelings, I think that for whatever reason, this company did a rush job on my home rather than taking the time to do quality work. I believe that if the initial preparation (masking) work had been done properly, the majority of the problems the resulted would not have occurred. Problems included: - Paint over-spray on most of the window and door frames, and flashing, - Paint over-spray on the brick facade beside one of the garage door, - Entirely missing the upper peak on one side of the house, - Numerous areas where the darker trim paint dripped on the sides of the house, - Blemishes on the front door requiring it to be re-sanded and repainted. The second coat of paint was not applied until 8:00 p.m. and did not dry until much later that night. The door's weather stripping was left laying on the floor in my entry way., and - over-spray on the decorative river rock along the side of garage, On the final day of the job the painters did not arrive until 4:30 p.m. still having to paint the trim, gutters, and other finish-up work, and do the clean-up. They evidently left about 8:30 p.m. without notifying me they were "done" nor providing me with an opportunity to walk around and do an inspection of the "final" product before they left; I didn't realize they were gone until I walked outside to meet with them. It was at this point, and the next day in better light, that I discovered the majority of the problems listed about. It took two return trips on the part of the lead painter (amounting to several additional hours of work on his part) to correct the problems. I expected that there would be a few minor things that needed to be corrected once this job was completed. What I did not expect was the extensive amount of problems that occurred. In conclusion, based on my experience with this company I would not hire them again."

"Big thank you to Fermin and the team at West Coast, they were amazing! They went above and beyond. We have a flat portion of our roof, which is apparently more difficult to install, and it was hard to find a company that would do it. They not only did it, but added slope to it for us so that it's not a flat roof anymore. So awesome! They put on a new roof, vents, and gutters, painted our outside trim, and did a great job with all of the woodwork that was rotting and had to be replaced. But above all, they were friendly, flexible and very reasonable. We will definitely call on them again if we have any roofing or painting jobs"
