"Zach and Jake did an excellent job on the air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Came on time, gave us a heads up on their ETA. Upon arrival they explained clearly the procedure and the tools they will be using. Throughout the procedure they were very polite and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. They reattached my airvents properly and took out some bad insulation. They showed us the dirt accumulated from the clean up job (a good amount) and vacuumed the entire house leaving the job site spotless. Thank you so much. Will hire again."

You can always use a homemade vinegar solution as a natural alternative to commercial cleaning products. While not always necessary, daily vacuuming can be beneficial, especially in busy households with hairy pets or people with allergies. Just be aware that this frequent cleaning schedule increases flooring and appliance wear and tear. Use the appropriate setting and brushes to go easy on carpet fibers, and regularly maintain your vacuum to increase its life span.

While you might get away with once-monthly vacuuming in rooms you hardly use, it’s not ideal in other parts of your home. Your living spaces will look untidy, and leaving all that dirt lying around is not the most hygienic. Plus, the longer abrasive debris sits on your surfaces, the more chance of scratches or damage to carpet fibers. 

Clean your hardwood floors with a soft broom or flat mop about once a week to remove dirt and grit. Focus on high-traffic areas and areas just inside the major entryways twice a week. Deep clean your floors with water and a cleaning solution about once every two months.
