"This is the second time I've hired JZ Brothers. Their work is first-class and I am 100% satisfied. I used their deals for 4 man-hours of yard work and $99-for-1000-sq-ft pressure-washing. They removed all the leaf debris and pruned shrubs, removed ivy build-up along our fence. Isidro and Jose were the workers, they were polite and cheerful, pleasant to talk to. We did a walk-around when they arrived so that I knew what to expect. I feel I can rely on their judgment as to what needs to be pruned. The results are impressive, our yard now looks spotless. I chose to have them haul away the debris, for which they charged $75. I'm happy with the fee, there was a lot of debris! The pressure washing went well, it was needed to remove algae build-up that made deck and patio surfaces slippery. I liked how they warned me that the pressure washing would strip away rotting wood from the deck (this was fine with me, as the deck is aging)."

"Douglas came out and gave me an estimate and said he would do the work the next day. Unfortunately, it rained. He left me a message a couple of days later telling me that 2 men were on the way and they arrived a short while later. Thank you, Douglas! I believe their names were Ralph and Francisco. They were very nice and very professional. They had to use pick axes and shovels but they got out every bit of the stumps and roots of large shrubs that had been in place for 20 years! The put in some nice new soil. Then Francisco carried a very heavy plant and planter from the back yard to the front on his shoulder! Pretty amazing! They dug a nice large hole for the pittosporum and were very careful to plant it so that it looked just right. They cleaned everything up and it looked wonderful! Then they pruned several severely overgrown mugo pines. I was very concerned about doing this because I was afraid they'd end up looking sparse afterwards. These guys really know what they're doing. The shrubs look fantastic! I couldn't believe they could look that nice! And, of course, they cleaned up everything afterwards. There was not a leaf or any dirt left anywhere. I was very impressed, and I'm a pretty critical person. I have their card and will not hesitate to call them again if I need any kind of landscaping service. Highly recommended!

In no time, they had the massive pile of leaves loaded into a truck and proceeded to edge, mow, weed, and trim up some bushes. The work they were able to complete in less than 5 hours would have taken us several days. He and his crew even hauled away an extra pile of junk that needed to be taken to the dump. "Tony was professional and polite. He walked the property with me and gave me an estimate. He was on time and again by walking around with me to refresh himself as to what I needed done. He cleaned up all the downed tree limbs, leaves from last fall and debris. He then went up on the roof and blew off all the pine needles that had accumulated for the past 7 month. Finally, Tony walked the entire property to clean up the fallen debris from the roof. He must have filled 10+ big trash bags and loaded them in his truck for disposal. He went above and beyond my expectations. I could not be happier with Tony’s work and attention to detail. His bid was $270 but I gave him $300 for his excellent work!"
