"Just before Xmas a leak ( not condensation) appeared from my furnace. Another large, well known local Company had the 1st appt available, & told me that in addition to the leak (a crack in a plastic pipe...very minor), the furnace heat exchangers were shot, dangerous, & therefore the furnace had to be shut down (without even fixing the plastic pipe - which I did for $1 materials). Fortunately Comfort Solutions had an appt also... and found nothing wrong that required a shut down. The other Company knew the heat exchangers had been replaced just 2 years ago by Comfort. In addition, Comfort had a 2nd technician come out this time to double check readings etc - at no extra charge . And I also got a call from the owner discussing what the other Company said versus Comfort's findings. So Comfort's service was very impressive (and relieving just a few days before Xmas)."

"I found Anderson Heating and Cooling when looking for someone to complete annual maintenance on our aging heat pump. I was impressed with the representative that came out (I completely forget his name). My wife and I have been saving for a while to replace our current HVAC system (installed in '93). "When my tenant told me about some problems with the heating ducts in this extremely old rental house, I was concerned that I would have to replace all the duct work at a cost of thousands of dollars.  I researched companies that dealt with heating and talked to a couple, but they were basically installers.  I was very happy to find J&M Services, which among other things specializes in duct work.  
When they came out and looked at the disconnected and/or rusted through ducts (some in the walls), I was very happy to learn that they were able to repair the ducts, and that it was not necessary to replace all the ducts.  They retaped all the duct work joints that were visible, replaced and added duct pipe where needed.  They got everything working satisfactorily, and the tenant was very happy to have heat again.  
The worker were very knowledgeable, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were done.  I would highly recommend them.

"Everything went extremely smoothly. When we first began this project in August 2014, we sought bids from seven different companies. Of those seven, only three supplied bids, even after doing a free estimate and assessing the project specs and saying how easy it would be. It was a really frustrating process and we ended up asking for bids from another five companies without much more luck. We are so glad we contacted Sun Glow. They were the only company (of many, and several Angie's Lists companies) who really showed care and interest in helping us.



They created a bid in less than 24 hours, went out of their way to find us the best possible price and quality, and Kyle from Sun Glow met with me personally to review all the options. it was important to us that we work with a company that takes care of their employees and it is clear that they do based on the customer service we've experienced.



The cost for the project was more than we had anticipated, even though Sun Glow came in with the best quote. We had to wait a few months and Kyle checked in with us regularly. Once we were able to fund the project, Kyle immediately got the install on the books.



The install took about 4 days and Nick was fantastic. He was really patient and helpful with our questions. He did a fantastic job. We did have an issue right after the install that was a manufacture error on the furnace motherboard. They quickly sent a tech out on a Saturday to replace it and we've had zero issues since then.



We are so happy with Sun Glow and our decision to work with them. I would highly recommend them for any future HVAC projects!

They helped me choose the furnace based on various price/brand reputation/ efficiency/  tax rebate options. Everything went as planned and the crew was professional, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated well throughout the job. They also reused my existing programmable thermostat (with no problems) even though other bids stated they would need to replace it.
