"The whole experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing was outstanding from Nicole at the office to Jon Marc and Peter, the plumbers. They originally scheduled me for an appointment 5 days out, but Nicole watched appointments carefully and moved my appointment to the same day I called. Jon Marc, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me different options, which allowed me to decide what worked best for me. He even gave me a teacher discount. After installing my water heater at 8:00 p.m. at night, he discovered a manufacturing problem with the water heater. He called another plumber, Peter.
