Dale determined that various parts would need to be replaced, but because of the age of our boiler, parts were no longer available. We made the decision to replace it. Lisa obtained the necessary permits, and Dale continually updated us on status, removed the old boiler and installed the new one in record time (just before the deep freeze hit Oregon). The heat pump was low on refrigerant.
