I was a nervous wreck, and kept changing the date when they could come out, but Joe was totally accommodating and got the work done on schedule. He and Heather did an incredibly thorough job, went the extra mile to make sure every surface was clean. This was the second time that I hired them, and I can't recommend them highly enough

    Amazing professionalism, work ethic, & a beautiful job! I cannot say enough good things about Shades of Rose & the work they did on our house painting! Their level of professionalism, communication, swiftness in getting the job done, and the beauty of what my house looks like now are amazing. I have a 1927 bungalow that needed experts in lead removal. Though the front was in good shape, the Southside of my house had started to peel and a few boards needed repair. I contacted Shades of Rose owner, Tyler, and he got back to me right away! Unlike other painting places who sent their employees, Tyler made time & came out within the week to go over details with me. He was very attentive and explained the whole process & made a quote. His quote didn't change! We scheduled a time a few months in the future and he followed up with me both a week before and then the day before to solidify the time. He also let me know that I could count on him to pick out colors & pick up the paint. This was a huge relief! I was guided about their next steps at each turn. I can't tell you how unusual this is: to have such incredible communicators who are also friendly, knowledgeable, & capable! When at first an employee didn't show up, they didn't put my project on hold. They had backup staff who were there so that my house was taken care of and painted swiftly. One of his main employees, Paul, headed up the project and he was also friendly, clear in his communication, & really knowledgeable. Tyler introduced me to him right now. They brought their team and accomplished the job with such finesse, clarity, and calm -- even in the midst of a huge downpour -- twice!!! They put down huge tarps and cleaned up after each day. A few perks that made this service even more awesome: !. Tyler gave us an Angie's list discount. 2. They painted the railing of our front porch on the last day! This was a huge amazing surprise! 3. They gave us a 3-year warranty and explained why we might need it (e.g. lighter colored paint in the sun) -- "Don't worry, Tyler told me. "Just call us and we'll come out and paint free of charge!" Did I mention they offer exceptional service? Our house looks so bright and cheerful! Several neighbors have stopped by to tell us how great it looks! They're also wondering if we're moving -- but, we're not! We're going to be enjoying what feels like to live in a house that looks new! I would definitely recommend Absolute Painting and Power Washing for your next project. Chris installed Hardie-plank siding, two exterior doors and repaired trim boards. Mike's team matched our exact color requests and did the work quickly. Mike and Chris also coordinated with the gutter contractor to install/paint as needed.     Our condo complex used Perfect View for moss/debris/crud removal on our roofs, gutter cleaning and indoor/outdoor window washing. Florentino and his team did an exceptional job for us. It was messy hard work, but they left no trace. All they left behind were clean, moss free roofs, unclogged gutters and crystal clear windows. It was a four day job. They arrived on time and completed the work on time........and this was during the week in July when the temperature was 110 degrees. Very impressed. Would recommend them without hesitation

    Two man team did a good job cleaning the windows but used a brush from the ground to get to the 2nd floor windows instead of going up there to and cleaning them directly. They had shoes on throughout my house going in and out of the home. Although it did a fairly good job, I still had some water spots and water drained to the other windows below. Was acceptable work

    Douglas was responsive, polite and punctual. He was able to start sooner than anticipated and he and his crew basically performed a miracle on my yard. Douglas even worked around my bee hives and problem solved with me on how to protect both the bees and the crew when they needed to use machines near the hives (cheesecloth and duct tape with a sheet over the hives). I've been fighting the blackberries for years and I thought it was a losing battle. I've hired Ramos Clean Up before and I'll hire them again if I ever need to because the quality and price can't be beat. My husband had gotten a couple different quotes and was even told by one business that he didn't know if his crew would do the job. Ramos Clean Up is worth every penny. I am so unbelievably happy

Within a few days the guys showed up and did a fantastic job, even doing a couple of special requests trimming an out of control hedge in my front lawn with a tree starting to grow out of it!
