"Wonderful! The HVAC crew were excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficent! They came in, evaluated the job, then got right to work. First day replaced the furnace, it was up and running by the end of the day. Day 2 they started installing the A/C unit. Every day they cleaned up, making sure we, and our grandchildren would be safe, leaving nothing dangerous. The entire crew HVAC, Plumber, gas piper, and electrician were conscientious of keeping our carpet, and house clean, taking off shoes, or donned bootees. Every step of the work being done was explained, double checked that it was what we wanted. Beau the plumber was excellent! He hated telling me that the old pipes were in need of replacement. I knew this was a high likelihood, as the house is over 69 years old. And the pipes were original. He got right to work, he made sure we had running water before he left all but one day. Which was very nice. The water heater move and install went fast! He found the basement bathroom had pipes that were illegal in homes. He was advantageous in having me call the county, as he was certain the basement bathroom was not legal. He spent over 4 hours pleading the case with the county for allowing him to fix the problems found. The county agreed to let him fix the bathroom, and they certified it. (If he hadn't done this, likely the county would have ordered the bathroom completely gutted, and plans submitted for a complete rebuild!) A huge thank you to Beau!!! The rest of the work is now complete. We only have Sheetrock to repair, Roth was able to recommend "The Patchman" and he will start Thursday. Roth Heating and Cooling is a wonderful local company! I look forward to a long relationship with them!"

I contacted Anton Beslic at MasterWorks Plumbing based on the stellar Angi reviews. He came over the following morning and diagnosed the problem within minutes: an old and cracked PVC pipe leading from the house to the meter. Anton made the arrangements to get the job started and mostly completed the following day. That involved getting a permit from the city; having officials mark on my lawn where fiber optic cables, gas lines, etc., were located; hiring a company to bore a new service line from the meter to the house crawl space; installing a quality 60’ pipe that will last way beyond my lifetime; installing an expansion tank on the water heater; and arranging for a final inspection from the city. The Crawlspace Crew was created by Dillon Rivera and Harlan Gross, long-time friends who have been working in the vicinity of one another for many years. As time passed, they gained the managerial experience required to run large crews and even whole companies. At that point it was only natural that they go into business together in the area where they had a combined 11 years of experience: restoration. They have been serving the Portland/Salem areas for all these years and are committed to providing top-notch service for many years to come.
"I contracted with this company at the beginning of May. Their original estimate was discounted to $4k from $4700. Upon having the work done they found an issue that would cost an additional $500. They did not complete the work and said they would call and schedule to complete. The next day they call me and say that they estimated my crawlspace at 450 Sq ft for an 1800 Sq ft 2 story home and my crawlspace is actually 900sq ft and they wanted an additional $3400 but since this was completely their error they would do it for $1900. Considering these are professionals and the owner is the one that quoted me, I expect accurate measuring. Also, why did they not mention this information while at my home? Lastly, Harlan, the owner admitted to them having multiple problems with estimating. Either the team needs to be re-trained or put on performance improvement plans. Underestimating a space by 50% is not quality work. "
