Ricardo really knows about plants - he took time to walk me through my yard and explain what needed to be done not just to make my yard look neat and clean, but to keep the plants healthy. The project ultimately took much longer than he expected because of the difficulty of pulling out some really nasty weed patches, but he never suggested that he not complete parts of the project because of time, and even apologized for the inconvenience of his team having to come back the next day to finish the work.
