"Patty was terrific! She returned my calls promptly, was professional and was able to get my driveway done ahead of schedule. And it looks beautiful! Very happy with the service and final product. Her price was less than her competitors too! I highly recommend All Seal."

"We were fortunate enough to find Terra-Sol about 15 years ago, and have them do several landscaping projects since then. Most recently one project in 2024 and one in 2025. Every single project we have had done we’ve been very happy with the quality of service and the cost for the service provided. I highly recommend Terra Sol!"

"First of all, System Pavers paved all around our house and the drop downs on this form did not give me any options for a correct explanation of the work performed. With regard to our experience working with them the communication with the project manager was excellent from beginning to end and the crew were really great. When we requested some additional work during through the project, they worked with us on this and still completed the project in a timely manner. System Pavers seems to be a very professionally run company and we were impressed by all who worked on our project. Of course, we are very happy with the new look surrounding our home! We do have one unforeseen issue that they have returned to examine and we trust that this will be resolved soon."

Customers say: True professional

"Carlos and his crew preformed way beyond our expectations in landscaping services and cleanup! They removed lots and lots of heavy dirt that was pushing on our failing brick wall. They removed small tree trunks, and many roots & lots of sod in an areas where they were replaced by varied sized rocks and lush artificial grass. Carlos replaced broken sprinkler heads and added new ones. Also replaced & repaired several new courtyard lights. The crew arranged many large & small pots filled with plants and flowers. Our yard is now very low maintenance and a showroom courtyard for sure! We could not be happier..Carlos will be on the top of our list for go-to contractors!"

Paving Services questions, answered by experts

It takes recycled asphalt 48 hours to initially harden and up to 3 months to fully cure. It’s best to stay off of recycled asphalt for at least 48 hours, then you can walk or drive standard vehicles on it. Hold off on driving heavy trucks or equipment on it for at least 7 days. Allowing the surface to melt together and harden ensures that the surface stays durable and long-lasting.

Asphalt dries and cures best between 50 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. This range allows moisture to evaporate quickly without causing the asphalt to cool too fast, which can negatively affect the drying process. However, keep in mind that other weather conditions can also affect curing and drying times, such as precipitation and humidity.

Pavers will crack in a fire pit if they are made of the wrong materials. Be sure to use kiln-fired brick paver stones when building your backyard fire pit. You can also purchase a fire pit project kit, which will sometimes come with fire-safe pavers, to help you avoid the guessing game of buying pavers separately.

In most cases, you don’t need a permit to repave your driveway, although some exceptions exist. If you’re widening your driveway and plan on widening the apron as well, you’ll usually need a permit from the Department of Transportation in your area. This permit costs between $50 and $300 in most cases. Most municipalities will also require a certified and insured contractor do the work relating to the apron and curb cut. You can contact your building department or ask your paving company if you need a permit. Your driveway professional will usually pull the permit for you.

Whether you decide to DIY paver installation or want to hire a pro, it’s smart to understand the process. First, you’ll need to prepare the area by clearing away grass and dirt. Next, you’ll add the paver base of gravel and sand before laying the pavers on top. You may need to cut pavers to fit your space or the landscaping design and add edging stones.
