They talked a good game to get the job and they did do the job, but they did not come back to finish and would not return any phone calls or text messages. You are gonna be stuck with a poor job and no customer service. Highly recommend going elsewhere

Great company!!! They show up as expected and do extras. They created a beautiful rock border around the great asphalt driveway that they created. Left everything clean afterwards. The owners are charming and dedicated to doing a good job. I recommend them to everyone.

A steller job! My asphalt dirveway of 25 yrs ago covering over 3,000 sq ft was in bad shape, areas growing moss & weeds. The conttractor advised he could clean up the overgrown & dirt layered areas with his scrubber machine prior to laying the new paving. That he did! He & his crew thoroughly cleaned it & cut back all overhanging plants overgrowing the driveway edges providing a clean sculptured look. !00% Satisfied, from start of work to finish, communication with contractor, signing of contract, commitment of time involved & quality of work. I now have a beautiful new driveway, a great new look to my property!

was not 100 percent up front about how the job would be done. I would not use them again. The seal coat wasnt terrible but i have had better work done in the past.

I valued that he took the time to explain the process and how his team works to complete the job. We scheduled the job quickly. His crew arrived on time. They did an exceptional job of getting all the moss and dirt clean off the driveway before laying down a smooth and consistent seal . The team was professional, courteous and skilled. I will be hiring Blackrock for my future Asphalt jobs

I would not recommend this guy to anybody because they are not responsible for the work they cut corners and are not a great contractor They blocked communications, they do not answer the phone after they collect the money.

You won’t find a better value for the work they do. Experienced team that gets after it and thoroughly cleaned up before departing. Extremely courteous and accountable.

JOB LOOKS GREAT!

Boy are they fast and VERY good at their work. I was more than impressed with the extra work these men did with out being asked. It was the best. I had debated about doing this but when London gave me the quote I knew it was a worthy investment. The men were careful and asked where the extra rock could be put. I am grinning ear to ear. I simply love the way the driveway looks and how it feels to drive on it. After 65 years of a gravel driveway. this is magic.

It was a hard job because of the hill and tight space. They worked hard and really improved the look of our place. They went the extra mile to fit it up to the deck and fill in some gaps.

They are nice to work with. I would tell Freinds and others about them to do work for others customers . In fact my neighbor asked is and had black rock do work for my neighbor the same day !

Family owned business that does great work at competitive prices. We really enjoyed working with them.

London Pearce was able to come over w/I 20-mins of calling to give us an estimate for our driveway paving. Has the bid to us by the evening. We originally set up a time a couple weeks out due to their schedule. London called back a little bit later stating he was able to do the job the next day if that worked for us! We were excited since we’d gone through 3 different contractors that had come out, bid the job, and set up a date for a contractor who ended up being a no show and the other two never returned any voice messages. London’s crew of six guys showed up on time and had the whole job completed by 1pm. Total of 5-1/2 hours. The only time these guys took a break was waiting for the dump truck with the asphalt. They were on time, efficient, friendly and very hard workers. The driveway turned out great! Looks wonderful and we have zero complaints and would definitely recommend London Pearce and Blackrock Asphalt!! Charmane Bredeen
