"I've used them for several years to maintain a midsized suburban lawn. The current fee for this is $165 monthly. The crews show up on time, are courteous, and do a good job, but there are improvements the company could make. Even though the fee is billed monthly, in December and part of January there is no service. The lawn is dormant, but if I'm paying monthly, I expect some kind of yard maintenance that could be done during the winter in return. I've also had spotty service fixing lawn irrigation issues, and the staff is not well trained about limiting damage or cleanup issues to the home related to their work. Leaf blower use damages the siding and removes topsoil, and edge trimming often sprays mud up onto the walls, which must be cleaned up frequently. I think they rely too much on leaf blowers instead of using rakes in areas where the blowers create problems. The company has never asked for my feedback about their service and how it could be improved."

"Artistic Landscapes is positively the best landscape company for sprinkler systems. Robert, the owner, listens to the customer and makes sure the vision is completed exactly as the customer requested. Sergio, the supervisor who worked at our home, manages his team expertly. The crew are really hard workers and kept our yard neat for the duration of the project. They made sure to leave our yard better than when they arrived. Sergio edged our lawn, reseeded our lawn where needed. He added mulch to our existing flowerbeds and borders! Thank you so much! We now have a sprinkler system that exceeds are expectations and will eliminate dragging garden hoses to water all the raised garden beds in our yard and to water the shrubs/trees surrounding our backyard pond. We had 4 bids that were very comparable, but Aspen Lawn did the best job of communicating and was able to get the job done quickly. His crew arrived promptly, was very hard working, and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day. Our job was relatively small - 12â x 16â , but they it done in 2 1/2 days! "Darlin was very quick to call me up and make an appointment to hear about our project. Israel came out a couple days later to assess and give guidance on the 4 valves, irrigation timer and piping to the backyard (along with even piping our main water line to the backyard which was his suggestion-great idea!). The work was scheduled about a week later and completed in about 4 hours, and affordable! Incredibly friendly and helpful service! We will use their services again in the future without a doubt."
