They were very professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Communication was very good throughout the process - any time a design decision or issue came up during the installation, they would reach out to me for input or confirmation, which I greatly appreciated. At one point during the installation, I sent a few questions to the project manager (Austin) via email at around 8pm on a Friday, not expecting to hear back until Monday.
