"I researched 4 companies to fully encapsulate a crawlspace damaged by flooding and rats. I also did a lot of research into possibly doing it myself so i knew what to look for. John's was the most expensive, but they were all in the same general ballpark. I was put off by some of the competitors marking insulation as "extra" and not including in their initial estimate. Insulation is required! John's costs a bit more but you get more too: John's insulated the entire floor with wrapped foam pads, dug a drain trench around the entire perimeter, jacked up every concrete pier to slide vapor barrier underneath the posts, and used proper mechanical fasteners on all of the wall insulation boards. Every nook and cranny was sealed with spray foam. The workers were amazing. They did not cut any corners. They nipped and tucked every tight little spot and never complained or made excuses. They built a plastic clean-tunnel every day and took it down down every afternoon. They did not leave behind trash. My crawlspace is clean enough to literally eat off the floor now. I would recommend John's if you want your job done correctly."

"I just had a addition on to my drive way into a carport and a patio slab w/ a stamp installed by Patrick and his team. Hands down the best and most professional contractor i have ever had to work on my house. He was prompt and on time for a quote, and something that i rarely see: he said he was going to be there at a time and do a specific thing, and he was there at that time and did exactly what he said. Really just blew me away with how professional and nice they were, both him and his team. He was very communicative with every step of the process, there was some weather delays so he contacted me and let me know that the pour would have to wait a couple days. The work looks fantastic and was exactly what i wanted, he even fixed a drain pipe that had a hole in it and the cleanup they did was far beyond any expectation. My toilet had been running for about a year and was not level. He was able to level it and install a new seal and adjust the float arm. no more running toilet. He installed a new faucet so I can wash larger pots easier now in my shallow sink."
