"I researched 4 companies to fully encapsulate a crawlspace damaged by flooding and rats. I also did a lot of research into possibly doing it myself so i knew what to look for. John's was the most expensive, but they were all in the same general ballpark. I was put off by some of the competitors marking insulation as "extra" and not including in their initial estimate. Insulation is required! John's costs a bit more but you get more too: John's insulated the entire floor with wrapped foam pads, dug a drain trench around the entire perimeter, jacked up every concrete pier to slide vapor barrier underneath the posts, and used proper mechanical fasteners on all of the wall insulation boards. Every nook and cranny was sealed with spray foam. The workers were amazing. They did not cut any corners. They nipped and tucked every tight little spot and never complained or made excuses. They built a plastic clean-tunnel every day and took it down down every afternoon. They did not leave behind trash. My crawlspace is clean enough to literally eat off the floor now. I would recommend John's if you want your job done correctly."

That also went under the house to replace a small section of galvanized drain pipe with a plastic pipe.Our kitchen drain is draining great. It turns out that the vent in the drain was plugged. "Our house is almost 130 years old, so we needed to have some foundation stabilization done. The company was a pleasure to do business with. From our initial consultation and beyond, every contact was courteous and knowledgeable. On the first day of the project, after removing the dirt to see the foundation, it was discovered that the existing foundation was not sufficient to support using the helical piers according to the building inspector. The dirt was all replaced and it was arranged to come back out and give me a quote for a different process using smart jacks. Due to circumstances at my local building department, the new job had to be postponed until a new permit could be obtained. Once that was done I was rescheduled and the job was completed in a day and a half. When the building inspector came to sign off on the permit, he raved at what a great job they had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."

They created gravel pathways that are functional and tidy for her to walk around. You got me through this without feeling stressed (especially about how many trees can fit in a yard- haha!) and each of you took time to make sure the she was happy. I recommend them know matter the scope, big or small or in between they are efficient, effective and you won't find nicer professionals to work with. "I just had a addition on to my drive way into a carport and a patio slab w/ a stamp installed by Patrick and his team. Hands down the best and most professional contractor i have ever had to work on my house. He was prompt and on time for a quote, and something that i rarely see: he said he was going to be there at a time and do a specific thing, and he was there at that time and did exactly what he said. Really just blew me away with how professional and nice they were, both him and his team. He was very communicative with every step of the process, there was some weather delays so he contacted me and let me know that the pour would have to wait a couple days. The work looks fantastic and was exactly what i wanted, he even fixed a drain pipe that had a hole in it and the cleanup they did was far beyond any expectation. "The pro was great and apologized for being 2 hrs late. It was the day all the work vans had a necessary upgrade. He did his work in good time and was personable and honest. My toilet had been running for about a year and was not level. He was able to level it and install a new seal and adjust the float arm. no more running toilet. He installed a new faucet so I can wash larger pots easier now in my shallow sink."
