"I researched 4 companies to fully encapsulate a crawlspace damaged by flooding and rats. I also did a lot of research into possibly doing it myself so i knew what to look for. John's was the most expensive, but they were all in the same general ballpark. I was put off by some of the competitors marking insulation as "extra" and not including in their initial estimate. Insulation is required! John's costs a bit more but you get more too: John's insulated the entire floor with wrapped foam pads, dug a drain trench around the entire perimeter, jacked up every concrete pier to slide vapor barrier underneath the posts, and used proper mechanical fasteners on all of the wall insulation boards. Every nook and cranny was sealed with spray foam. The workers were amazing. They did not cut any corners. They nipped and tucked every tight little spot and never complained or made excuses. They built a plastic clean-tunnel every day and took it down down every afternoon. They did not leave behind trash. My crawlspace is clean enough to literally eat off the floor now. I would recommend John's if you want your job done correctly."

"Our house is almost 130 years old, so we needed to have some foundation stabilization done. The company was a pleasure to do business with. From our initial consultation and beyond, every contact was courteous and knowledgeable. On the first day of the project, after removing the dirt to see the foundation, it was discovered that the existing foundation was not sufficient to support using the helical piers according to the building inspector. The dirt was all replaced and it was arranged to come back out and give me a quote for a different process using smart jacks. Due to circumstances at my local building department, the new job had to be postponed until a new permit could be obtained. Once that was done I was rescheduled and the job was completed in a day and a half. When the building inspector came to sign off on the permit, he raved at what a great job they had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."

"Travis is great! I had received a call on the 23 of December that our renters' toilet and disposal were clogged. I called another plumber and they said that the only day they could come was on the 24th Christmas eve day and that I would have to be there for the duration of the inspection to see what was going on. You got me through this without feeling stressed (especially about how many trees can fit in a yard- haha!) and each of you took time to make sure the she was happy. I recommend them know matter the scope, big or small or in between they are efficient, effective and you won't find nicer professionals to work with. "The pro was great and apologized for being 2 hrs late. It was the day all the work vans had a necessary upgrade. He did his work in good time and was personable and honest. My toilet had been running for about a year and was not level. He was able to level it and install a new seal and adjust the float arm. no more running toilet. He installed a new faucet so I can wash larger pots easier now in my shallow sink."

"I called for a free estimate on Thursday, August 22nd.  I left a message and the call was returned within 10 minutes.  An appointment was set for Monday the 26th at 9:00 am.  Mani was at our house by that time, we reviewed what we would like to have done and he explained what needed to be done in order for the driveway to drain properly etc.  He gave us an estimate before he left. I called him later that day to let him know that we had decided to use his crew to complete the work.  They were out the next morning at 8:00and worked until 6:00 that evening.  The concrete was poured the next day and the job completed.  It was amazing to watch them work.  They were efficient, timely and courteous.  We were not sure we would be able to have the job done because all of the bids we had received up to that time had been substantially out of our price range.  But, with Dateline Concrete, the bid was within our range and the job completed within that stated bid.  The quality of the work looks to be excellent and we are very pleased with the results!
