I had called him for a 2nd opinion on a kitchen drain pipe that was blocked and traversed the entire floor of our finished basement. We had to pull up the flooring, jackhammer in through the basement concrete, replace the pipe and put new concrete. Executive Drains did it quickly and very well, and mostly importantly, with great communication throughout. Highly recommend!"

They found that some of our exterior drain pipes were full of roots and they replaced those at what seemed like a very reasonable additional cost. We had one issue we had a question about and they sent two guys out right away to look at it. The only problem we really had was that they didn't call for a locate for where they were going to dig and actually didn't seem familiar with the need to do that."

"Our house is almost 130 years old, so we needed to have some foundation stabilization done. The company was a pleasure to do business with. From our initial consultation and beyond, every contact was courteous and knowledgeable. On the first day of the project, after removing the dirt to see the foundation, it was discovered that the existing foundation was not sufficient to support using the helical piers according to the building inspector. The dirt was all replaced and it was arranged to come back out and give me a quote for a different process using smart jacks. Due to circumstances at my local building department, the new job had to be postponed until a new permit could be obtained. Once that was done I was rescheduled and the job was completed in a day and a half. When the building inspector came to sign off on the permit, he raved at what a great job they had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."

"I WAS HAVING AIR BUBBLE IN THE TOILET AND THE WATER WOULD DRAIN OUT. .THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT AND SAID MY PIPES IN THE HOUSE WERE NOT CLOGGED HOWEVER AFTER SCOPING THE SEWER LINE OUTSIDE FOUND MY LINES HAD SETTLED CAUSING THE ISSUES. MY LINES HAD STANDING WATER IN THEM AND WHEN WE USED TO MUCH WATER IT BACKED UP INTO THE HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, AND THROUGH AND SENDING ME A QUOTE TO HAVE THE LINES REPLACED."

"My wife and I hired Forest Landscape to remove our old rotted pressure treated retaining wall by our Koi pond and replace with natural black basalt rock. They also removed our wood raised garden walls and replaced with paver stone with a top cap. They also removed our badly installed basalt rock pathway that was loose and lifting up. The rock pathway was installed only three years ago by Cornerstone Hardscapes. Forest Landscapes installed a stamped concrete pathway where the basalt rock pathway was removed Jose and Rigo Castaneda were very professional to work with and there crew were real craftsman with attention to detail. They showed up on time and worked even on Saturday to finish project on time. We will hire them again for any future projects."

"Henco showed up when they said they would and they performed the work we asked them to do. They did a good job with the replacement of the pipes. The water flow improved throughout the house and the drains were functioning much better - no more water backing up in the hall bath tub when the washing machine was draining. The Sheetrock work was the weak link in this job. In places the sheetrock replacements looked good, but in some spots the work was sloppy and they did not clean up very well after they completed their work."

"I called for a free estimate on Thursday, August 22nd.  I left a message and the call was returned within 10 minutes.  An appointment was set for Monday the 26th at 9:00 am.  Mani was at our house by that time, we reviewed what we would like to have done and he explained what needed to be done in order for the driveway to drain properly etc.  He gave us an estimate before he left. I called him later that day to let him know that we had decided to use his crew to complete the work.  They were out the next morning at 8:00and worked until 6:00 that evening.  The concrete was poured the next day and the job completed.  It was amazing to watch them work.  They were efficient, timely and courteous.  We were not sure we would be able to have the job done because all of the bids we had received up to that time had been substantially out of our price range.  But, with Dateline Concrete, the bid was within our range and the job completed within that stated bid.  The quality of the work looks to be excellent and we are very pleased with the results!
