We had to pull up the flooring, jackhammer in through the basement concrete, replace the pipe and put new concrete. My toilet had been running for about a year and was not level. He was able to level it and install a new seal and adjust the float arm. no more running toilet. He installed a new faucet so I can wash larger pots easier now in my shallow sink."

"I just had a addition on to my drive way into a carport and a patio slab w/ a stamp installed by Patrick and his team. Hands down the best and most professional contractor i have ever had to work on my house. He was prompt and on time for a quote, and something that i rarely see: he said he was going to be there at a time and do a specific thing, and he was there at that time and did exactly what he said. Really just blew me away with how professional and nice they were, both him and his team. He was very communicative with every step of the process, there was some weather delays so he contacted me and let me know that the pour would have to wait a couple days. The work looks fantastic and was exactly what i wanted, he even fixed a drain pipe that had a hole in it and the cleanup they did was far beyond any expectation.
