The crew arrived on time, the crew leader introduced me to the rest of the crew and explained how they would proceed with the project. They protected the work spaces with plastic from my garage to the crawl space opening in side my closet. They went to work and kept me informed about the progress. Loren was an excellent problem solver and was able to accomodate my request to move the whole soil stack 5 feet to an exterior wall. Very happy with the work. An additional nicety was they had a "build back" guy (Chad) they had available to restore surfaces and paint. Very convenient. Finally, all projects have hiccups... mishaps can happen but I am glad to say Owen was very fair and reasonable to deal with. Overall I highly recommend Henco.
