"Travis is great! I had received a call on the 23 of December that our renters' toilet and disposal were clogged. I called another plumber and they said that the only day they could come was on the 24th Christmas eve day and that I would have to be there for the duration of the inspection to see what was going on. I had guests coming over and could no way leave to do that. Just as I was deciding my next move I got a phone call from Travis. He had seen my request on Angie's List. He said he was 10-15 minutes away from the rental and would take a look and let me know what was going on. He also gave me a very reasonable price range (best/worst case) before he went out. Within 1/2 an hour I got another call, Travis was at the house and had diagnosed the problem(s); both were caused by renter neglect. He got everything fixed within an hour or so and called me with a very affordable rate for both. I will be using him again next time I need a plumber!!"

"I was totally happy with their work. They went beyond my expectations. They even checked the sewer line to see if it was in good shape. That also went under the house to replace a small section of galvanized drain pipe with a plastic pipe.Our kitchen drain is draining great. It turns out that the vent in the drain was plugged. "I researched 4 companies to fully encapsulate a crawlspace damaged by flooding and rats. I also did a lot of research into possibly doing it myself so i knew what to look for. John's was the most expensive, but they were all in the same general ballpark. I was put off by some of the competitors marking insulation as "extra" and not including in their initial estimate. Insulation is required! John's costs a bit more but you get more too: John's insulated the entire floor with wrapped foam pads, dug a drain trench around the entire perimeter, jacked up every concrete pier to slide vapor barrier underneath the posts, and used proper mechanical fasteners on all of the wall insulation boards. Every nook and cranny was sealed with spray foam. The workers were amazing. They did not cut any corners. They nipped and tucked every tight little spot and never complained or made excuses. They built a plastic clean-tunnel every day and took it down down every afternoon. They did not leave behind trash. My crawlspace is clean enough to literally eat off the floor now. I would recommend John's if you want your job done correctly."

"I WAS HAVING AIR BUBBLE IN THE TOILET AND THE WATER WOULD DRAIN OUT. .THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT AND SAID MY PIPES IN THE HOUSE WERE NOT CLOGGED HOWEVER AFTER SCOPING THE SEWER LINE OUTSIDE FOUND MY LINES HAD SETTLED CAUSING THE ISSUES. "The pro was great and apologized for being 2 hrs late. It was the day all the work vans had a necessary upgrade. He did his work in good time and was personable and honest. My toilet had been running for about a year and was not level. He was able to level it and install a new seal and adjust the float arm. no more running toilet. He installed a new faucet so I can wash larger pots easier now in my shallow sink."
