"The initial work seemed OK, but it quickly became clear that there was still water leaking through the basement walls. After several phone calls, an employee returned to inspect the walls and agreed that the exterior work needed to be redone. I pointed out that plastic pipes had been left exposed in my yard, without drainage to the street. He agreed that this wasn't acceptable. I called multiple times to set up repairs. My calls were not returned. I obtained the number of Joey, the production manager, spoke with him after several attempts, and sent him detailed texts and photos. No return visit materialized. Over the course of the next several months, I called the company multiple times. They actually visited my home a total of 9 more times, but they showed up without a crew, with one guy and a shovel, or saying they didn't have the equipment for the job. Finally a single employee with a shovel appeared, unscheduled, buried the pipes, and said he corrected the plumbing from the sump pump. Unfortunately, he didn't connect the pipes, and the pop up is 8 feet from my porch. Now a fountain erupts from the drain along side the house, and gallons of water discharge along the basement wall, as well as from the pop up. The soil along the foundation has eroded, and after a rain there is standing water for days in front of my porch. This brand new problem has lead to the interior walls originally water damaged, to become wet again, and a wall that was NEVER even damp before is now soaked, and the dry lock paint has bubbled up. Recently a manager came to look at the situation, and said I would be notified of when the repairs would take place. A couple of weeks later, I called, and managed to get the work scheduled. A crew is to come out June 5th. I however, have ABSOLUTELY NO CONFIDENCE THAT THE WORK WILL BE PROPERLY COMPLETED AND DAMAGE THAT THE COMPANY HAS CAUSED WILL BE REPAIRED. After 18 months of excused, shoddy workmanship, untrained employees that have made matters worse, and now new damage, I am beyond frustrated and angry."

"**** Adding to my review**** Dont use this company unless you want to put your life and your familys life at risk. There was a gas leak in my home due to improper install of a gas stove. Told about 5 members of the team I smell gas and I am afraid to use the stove and they laughed it off. Ended up calling the gas company one night bc the smell was so strong. Had to evacuate the house and they ended up turning off the gas bc there was in fact a leak. 3 months of living with that and the funny thing is I hired a plumber and he told me the gas line wasnt even screwed or sealed. The GC thought I would be ok with him coming to fix it. All i could think of is what if I never called and or how hard would it have been to check the gas line after the multiple times of me saying I smell gas.***** List goes on and on The service and quality of work is very unprofessional. The lack of detail doing a home remodel was insane. The owner will just throw a price out to see if you take it. Then they charge you more to fix their mistakes. Look how close the toilet is to the tub. You had a gc a pm, flooring contractor and plumbers in that bathroom and not one person said oh thats too close to the tub we need to move the plumbing. When i took this picture and sent to the group chat one of the employees said well you selected a bigger tub than the original. 2 inches wider.... regardless you approve it as a contractor you plan accordingly. Outcome if you are wondering $2500 to move the toilet and center it. Mind you nobody pointed out how close it is. I had too the list goes on and on. I will leave more reviews with pic and text replies from co. Do not use them"
