The initial work seemed OK, but it quickly became clear that there was still water leaking through the basement walls. After several phone calls, an employee returned to inspect the walls and agreed that the exterior work needed to be redone. I pointed out that plastic pipes had been left exposed in my yard, without drainage to the street. He agreed that this wasn't acceptable. I called multiple times to set up repairs. My calls were not returned. I obtained the number of Joey, the production manager, spoke with him after several attempts, and sent him detailed texts and photos. No return visit materialized. Over the course of the next several months, I called the company multiple times. They actually visited my home a total of 9 more times, but they showed up without a crew, with one guy and a shovel, or saying they didn't have the equipment for the job. Finally a single employee with a shovel appeared, unscheduled, buried the pipes, and said he corrected the plumbing from the sump pump. Unfortunately, he didn't connect the pipes, and the pop up is 8 feet from my porch. Now a fountain erupts from the drain along side the house, and gallons of water discharge along the basement wall, as well as from the pop up. The soil along the foundation has eroded, and after a rain there is standing water for days in front of my porch. This brand new problem has lead to the interior walls originally water damaged, to become wet again, and a wall that was NEVER even damp before is now soaked, and the dry lock paint has bubbled up. Recently a manager came to look at the situation, and said I would be notified of when the repairs would take place. A couple of weeks later, I called, and managed to get the work scheduled. A crew is to come out June 5th. I however, have ABSOLUTELY NO CONFIDENCE THAT THE WORK WILL BE PROPERLY COMPLETED AND DAMAGE THAT THE COMPANY HAS CAUSED WILL BE REPAIRED. After 18 months of excused, shoddy workmanship, untrained employees that have made matters worse, and now new damage, I am beyond frustrated and angry.

If you use everdry, don't expect good service after the sale. They won't accept service calls directly and when leaving call back messages, they don't call back. They will blame it on computer problems or any excuse to not call back. Very dissatisfied with their service as I did in fact use them.

Everdry came out the same day we called which was a Saturday. I had called a competitor before calling Everdry and got their answering machine. When I called Everdry a REAL person answered the phone! I would definitely recommend Everdry. D. Llewellyn

I have not had any issues with leaking, wet walls or my sump pump operation since having interior and exterior work completed by EverDry. The process was straight forward beginning with a no pressure assessment and quote. Once work began the team was efficient and polite. If I have any issues going forward I will definitely consider EverDry.

The work was performed over a decade ago - all work was done professionally. When we had a shift in the foundation, they came out again and fixed the crack and leak - no issues, no charge. When our sump pump sounded "off", they have come and replaced it. Their warranty program has really worked for us.

We had Ever Dry do some foundation work on our house when we purchased it over ten years ago. One of the basement walls was buckling in, and Ever Dry straightened and solidified it. It appears to be holding up fine. They also built a drain perimeter to help with basement drainage - our basement has been dry so it must be doing its job! We have the warranty plan which has been great for peace of mind. The one time we had to request work, they came out and resolved the issue quickly.

We were totally pleased with the work and the results of the basement waterproofing. Our work was completed back in the mid-1980s in order to stop the small streams we had running across our basement floor. Their work has stood the test of time, and we still have a dry basement 35 years later.

All of the guys were very friendly and professional, they got the work done quicker than expected (only took a little over a half a day). They had to dig around most of my house to do the waterproofing but you can hardly even tell. They worked with me on financing to make the payments doable for me. The foreman, Aaron was very thorough in explaining everything and walking me through what they would be doing. I have a 91 year old house that requires a lot of fixing up and this was one of the things I was not looking forward to getting done but Everdry made it a lot easier than I thought it would be.

The team was in and out in four days. I was amazed how short of a time it took to complete the job. They did the work in the middle of February. I was impressed they didn’t leave any mess and cleaned up the basement when completed.

Great Job guys, Came in did the job well, had it done over 10+ years ago and with just one call they pull up my account and help me with any problems I have. also they reinstalled a new sump pump at no charge at all over all I'd have to say I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call for any reason or to have them do it again!

Basement has been dry for years after Everdry waterproofing worked their magic. It's nice not having to worry about leaks after every thunderstorm. Would certainly recommend them to anyone with a leaky basement.

EverDry Waterproofing has provided us with a great piece of mind as we no longer worry about basement leaks and flooding! The previous homeowner made a great decision in using them as they did great work around the perimeter along with sump and backup system. We scheduled a service call just to check on things and the entire staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. May homes in our area are older and it is pretty common to see plumbing vehicles after a hard rain / snow melt. Thanks to EverDry Waterproofing, we don't have to worry about this!!!

Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus did an excellent job installing their system in my home. In addition to this they also installed an Easy Breathe System and it has helped my allergies and made the air in my basement cleaner. I've been a satisfied customer for a few years now. I've only had to deal with Everdry on only two occasions. Both left me very satisfied. Due to the quality of workmanship they have done for the previous owners of my home, i have had zero issues. They covered a sump pump that they didn't even install because it was here prior to us moving in & repaired a downspout that became disconnected free of charge...who does that? I pay less than $4.00 monthly for my annual warranty & peace of mind. Thanks Everdry!!!
