Once I decided to go with them they were able to schedule me promptly and got the job done, putting in a new copper line from the water meter inside my basement out to the city turn-off valve at the sidewalk. They only had to trench about 8' by the sidewalk and were able to pull the line through without disturbing any of my landscaping."

The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."
