Xavier completed the installation and fully tested the system with me there to observe to confirm operation of my existing sump pump and the new battery back up pump. While there he troubleshot a check valve problem that was discovered during testing and installed new check valves with no up charge from his quoted price.

Xavier showed up and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. 30 minutes later I had a new sump pump and we were good to go. I'm very happy with the pricing and experience. Very professional, prompt, timely, courteous

Had sump pump issues after an all day rain. Personally removed over 1000 gallons of water before I could get to my pump in my basin to get it to temporarily work. Xavier reached out within 6 hours the next morning as I didn't put the service request in till midnight. Came and fixed everything and was extremely helpful and personable. Answer all my questions about other projects I thought they might be able to do, and will do business with again in the future. Would high recommend to anyone looking for work. Thanks again Xavier!
