"Better for us than for the raccoons! Colin trapped four of them on the roof or next to the house. He repaired the roof damage and sealed all the entrance and exit holes. Then he and his people spent two days removing all the contaminated insulation in the attic, scrubbed it down, and replaced it with new insulation. During the whole process, they took pictures so I could see the situation up close. They disposed of everything, including the raccoons, and cleaned up after themselves. The work took place over a period of time in April - the attic restoration was done in May."
