I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. The installers Ben, Chris and Ryan reviewed everything before starting and showed me how to work the new thermostat when they were finished. They arrived at 10am and didn’t get finished till 8:30 in the evening. It was a long day for them, but took time to answer my questions as we reviewed the thermostat programming. Having owned my own business for 25 years, I know the type of service and standards that I want and the people at Logan Services really delivered."
