Cham is a very honest and reliable guy. He owns a small business so you avoid all of the hassle of dealing with a upcharges and promotional speeches. He is very quick and knowledgeable with his work while also answering any questions or concerns you may have. Would definitely recommend for installation or just yearly maintenance!

I called about my AC in the morning and immediately got a friendly "Hi Greg, How are you doing?". He was able to come out within 2 hours and determined the broken fan motor problem. He went out, came back, and had it replaced in an hour and a half for a reasonable price. To quote Staples, that was easy! He had also been the only one who could come out anytime soon near the end of the year several years ago when it was bitter cold and the furnace was not working well. Supertec gets 10 stars out of 10 in my book.

My furnace would not blow out warm air. The blower would not come on at all. So, I contacted Atlas Butler Heating & Cooling. A technician was sent out to identify and correct the problem. After the technician ran tests to determine the proficiency of the furnace he came to the conclusion that I needed a new furnace; because the heating assembly and blower motor were inoperable, he said. The technician quoted the cost of the heating assembly to be $4,856 and to replace the Blower motor it would cost $1,506. The technician asked me how old was my furnace. I told him my furnace was installed in the year 2000. He then told me that over time, like anything else, things wear out. Not being satisfied with the technicianâ s conclusion I contacted the company SuperTec heating & Cooling for a second opinion. Mr. Cham Kahari came out and looked at my furnace and correctly identified the problem. Mr. Kahari explained to me that I did not need a new furnace. He said replacing the control board will fix the problem. Mr. Kahari replaced the control board and in doing so the furnace was returned its normal operations. I truly appreciate Mr. Kahari coming up with a proper diagnosis. I am grateful to have a normal operating furnace, again. I would gladly recommend Super Tech to anyone who needs a solution for any furnace problems.

I had a wire in my furnace that was disconnected and keeping our air conditioner on. He was fair in either letting us do the work or him. We had a hot long weekend and did not want to do it. So we choose him. Great guy. Thanks Janice Henry

Professional in every way but I thought price was high. It took two visits of about 1/2 hour each, a part that cost about $30 and a total cost of $325. In fairness it may be I m out of touch with cost associated with this repair.
